5. Data Security and Retention We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your digital submissions. Physical and digital case files are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill service requirements or as mandated by Massachusetts state law, after which they are securely destroyed.

Terms of Service
1. Retainers and Fees Work begins upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required retainer. Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your individual contract, as they secure dedicated resources and personnel for your case.
2. Scope of Work Any changes to the original mission or investigation scope must be agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to cease operations if a situation becomes compromised in an illegal manner or poses an unmitigated risk to our operatives.
3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations for protective details or surveillance must be made at least [48] hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the daily rate to cover scheduled logistics.
4. Ethical Standards Gondella Consultant Group LLC operates within the strict bounds of the law. We will not engage in "hacking," illegal wiretapping, or any activity that violates the privacy rights of individuals beyond what is legally permissible for licensed investigators.
